Golf Courses

Royal Melbourne Golf Club

Royal Melbourne Golf Club is the finest example of golf excellence in Australia. Founded in 1891, it has hosted numerous national and international tournaments. A private members club, there are two courses that are designed and maintained to the principles of Alister MacKenzie

The West Course for men is Par 72 at 6645 yards and Par 73 at 5848 yards for women. The East Course for men is Par 71 at 6579 yards and Par 74 for women at 5823 yards.

Metropolitan Golf Club

One of the renowned Melbourne sandbelt courses, the Metropolitan Golf Club is one of Australia's finest championship golf courses. A challenging course, the fairways are pure couch grass that are hand mown to the edges of the greenside bunkers. The 2018 World Cup of Golf will be held here November 22-25.

Huntingdale Golf Club

Huntingdale Golf Club is another famous Melbourne Sandbelt course. A private members club, the course has hosted regular national tournaments such as the Australian Masters.  Playing here, you will be greeted with "superbly manicured fairways, strategic fairway bunkering and large undulating greens".

The Lost Farm at Barnbougle is unique because it has twenty holes. Opening in 2010, this Great Course of Australia is an exciting challenge for all golfers and is easily one of the most picturesque seaside courses in the Southern Hemisphere.

The Dunes, Barnbougle's other course is equally stunning and an fine example of a traditional golf links course, albeit in an Australian setting.

Cape Wickham

Cape Wickham is the 24th best golf course in the world and is located on Kings Island, between Melbourne and Tasmania. Windswept sand dunes, ridges and spectacular vistas all combine for a tremendous experience.

Ocean Dunes

Ocean Dunes is also located on Kings Island and ranked as #4 on the list of Australia's best public golf courses. Rolling and subtle greens sit quietly in a picture perfect natural setting. The views out across the ocean are familiar but stunning and jaw dropping.
